During the recent high water in my town's river parts of the river walk were flooded - here it was just slightly flooded, but it also offered nice reflections between the small waves lapping across the way.

Ya I would say, I almost am tempted to suggest cropping out some of that sky up top, the bottom 1/2 is that strong to carry it!
